Newsletter and e-mail communications
Personal data collected through the newsletter sign-up form (for example your e-mail address) will be processed exclusively to send updates on the OssolaVR project, announcements of new VR routes, and information about our participation in local events and initiatives.
The legal basis for this processing is the explicit consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every communication, or by contacting the data controller directly using the details given in this Privacy Policy.
Data will be retained until consent is withdrawn and will not be used for purposes other than those stated.
To send the newsletter we use third-party services (for example MailerLite) which process personal data on our behalf. These providers apply appropriate security standards and, where necessary, are bound by GDPR-compliant contracts.
Users have the right at any time to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of their personal data, as provided by Arts. 15–21 of the GDPR.
